ELABORATION

Grape harvest is manual. Vinification with whole berries. Slow alcoholic fermentation, from 15 to 20 days. The barrels are manufactured in Chile under the strict supervision of our enologist, who along with the master cooper select the woods from France.

WINEMAKER’S COMMENTS

L’Assemblage is the product of the mixture of 2 strains, the País grape 79% and the Cinsault grape 21%. The Cinsault provides fruity aromas, complexity and roundness; the Country provides structure and depth. The resulting blend is a friendly wine, with very good typicity; a great wine for every day.
